Refund and Return Policy

1. Basic Rule: No Refunds After Delivery

Once the delivery process is complete and the digital code appears in your account on PANDANIO.COM, the sale is considered final and complete. We enforce a strict and clear policy that permanently prohibits refunds after the customer has received the code. This rule is applied to protect the nature of our digital products and to prevent any form of fraud or misuse.

2. The Sole Exception: The Code Does Not Work (With Conclusive Proof)

No refund request will be considered except in one specific case: if the customer claims that the received code does not work. To activate this exception, the customer must strictly follow these steps:

A) Providing Proof:

The customer is obligated to send authentic and conclusive documents and evidence proving that the code does not work. This must be done within 72 hours of receiving the code. Acceptable evidence includes (but is not limited to):

  • Clear screenshots showing the error message when trying to use the code.
  • A short video recording documenting the process of entering the code and the error appearing.

B) Investigation and Decision:

  • Upon receiving the proof, our specialized technical team will investigate the validity of the provided evidence and verify the code’s status from our end and from the provider’s side.
  • PANDANIO.COM reserves the exclusive and final right to assess the validity and credibility of the proof you have provided. Our decision in this matter is final and non-negotiable.

C) Procedure if Proof is Accepted:

  • If our investigation proves that the code is indeed faulty due to a source defect, we will first offer to replace the product with a new, valid code.
  • If a replacement is not possible, only then will we approve a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Cases Absolutely Not Covered by Refunds:

No refund request will be accepted under any circumstances in the following cases:

  • Claiming the code does not work without providing conclusive proof as detailed above.
  • Changing your mind after the purchase.
  • Purchasing the wrong product.
  • The product is not compatible with your device.
  • Finding a better price elsewhere.
